CNC Machine cuts at a rate of 125 inches per min when using a 1/8" cutting bit with a 1/8" cut depth per pass through plywood. Machine can cut much faster with larger bits (200+ IPM with 1/4" bit). Cutting times vary depending on the depth of the cut, the bit in use, and material type.
A vector drawing of your design is required for our software. We offer design services at a rate of $150/hr, not including cutting time. If touch up of your provided design is required (removing artifacts and cleaning up vectors) there is an additional charge charge of $50/hr, not including cutting time.
It is preferred that customers provide the materials, since we cannot guarantee quality by outsouring. However, if requested, we can source matierals from local hardware stores (+30% markup on retail costs).
All costs and details are discussed and agreed upon with the customer proior to proceeding with any work.
