Laser times vary depending on the complexity of the deign, the depth of the cut/engraving, material type, and desired appearance. Line cuts typically range from 300-600mm/m, fill cuts typically range from 3000-6000mm/m.
A vector drawing of your design is required for our software. We offer design services at a rate of $150/hr, not including cutting time. If touch up of your provided design is required (removing artifacts and cleaning up vectors) there is an additional charge charge of $50/hr, not including cutting time.
It is preferred that customers provide the materials, since we cannot guarantee quality by outsouring. However, if requested, we can source matierals from local hardware stores (+30% markup on retail costs).
All costs and details are discussed and agreed upon with the customer proior to proceeding with any work.
